My Qualifications
I have the very enviable designation of a Chartered Financial Planner. I am also an fellowship of the professional body for independent financial advisors, the Personal Finance Society. I was one of the invited members of the society to provide independent financial advice at Citizens Advice Bureau and I am the first in Wales to do this.
There are many different qualifications and titles within the financial services industry. Having been designated as a Chartered Financial Planner this is the highest accolade and recognised by the Privy Council. The list below is designed as a way to show how dedicated I am to ensuring that my clients receive the best advice that is possible. Even with these exams I have professional connections within the industry, should the need arise, that can be used for any of my clients.

The only compulsory exams to be a financial advisor were: -
- Financial Services and their regulation. Paper one of the Financial Planning Certificate. (FPC1)
- Protection, Savings and Investment Products. Paper two of the Financial Planning Certificate. (FPC2)
- Identifying and Satisfying Clients Needs. Paper three of the Financial Planning Certificate. (FPC3)
